Product scope and responsibilities. Customer access and commercial terms are agreed separately.

Parties and access

The legal operator and participating business must be named in an agreed pilot document. The person authorizing access must have authority to act for that business. Pilot dates, permitted users, fees, and acceptance records remain to be agreed.

What the product does

RevCert helps finance teams review supplier bills, organize missing details, prepare messages for manual sharing, record approval decisions, and propose optional early-payment terms. It does not determine whether a debt must be paid, automatically send emails, modify QuickBooks records, change bank details, provide loans, or move money.

Customer responsibilities

Use only records and QuickBooks companies you are authorized to access. Verify imported information, supporting documents, and generated text before relying on them. Buyers retain approval authority; suppliers must separately agree to any offer. Recorded terms are not proof of payment.

Information and confidentiality

The final agreement must establish business-data rights, permitted processing, confidentiality, service providers, and any required data-processing terms. See the privacy notice for current behavior and open decisions.

Product limitations

Information can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Sandbox records are not live financial records. Supplier links currently operate only as an owner preview. The pilot must define the controls and review steps required before live customer use.

Ending a pilot

Termination rights, access cutoff, any export assistance, data deletion and retention, and outstanding fees must be agreed before the pilot begins.

Legal provisions still to decide

Warranties, liability allocation, indemnities, governing law, dispute handling, assignment, and change notices require operator and legal review. No liability cap or binding dispute clause has been assumed here.
