RevCert / disconnect

Disconnect QuickBooks.

Revoke the connection to stop future access. Previously imported invoices and documents are retained separately.

  1. Sign in to the private RevCert workspace and open Connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect and read the confirmation.
  3. RevCert requests token revocation from Intuit. A successful result confirms revocation and removes the local credentials. If Intuit cannot confirm it, the app reports the failure so you can retry.

What happens to existing records?

Imported invoices and documents remain in your workspace. QuickBooks bills are marked stale, pending supplier links are invalidated, and unaccepted offers are cleared. Previously accepted terms remain as historical records. Reconnect and sync before making new decisions on imported bills.

Disconnection is not deletion

There is no self-service account deletion or automatic record expiry in the current workspace. A separate deletion process and retention policy must be agreed before customer onboarding. For questions about existing records, contact the founder through the channel used to access the workspace.

Opening this page does not change any connection. Disconnect is an authenticated, user-confirmed action.
