RevCert / connect

Connect QuickBooks Online.

For authorized workspace users. Review the connection status, authorize your company, then choose when to import supplier bills.

New to RevCert? Talk to us about access first. The workspace is restricted to the owner, and QuickBooks setup and testing are still pending.

1. Open the private workspace and sign in with an authorized account.
2. Go to Connections. Review the environment and what RevCert reads.
3. When sandbox credentials are configured, choose Connect QuickBooks and authorize through Intuit.
4. Back in RevCert, choose Sync bills. Connection alone does not import your bills.
5. Review imported supplier bills before recording a decision. Approval in RevCert does not approve or pay a bill in QuickBooks.

Access is currently restricted to the owner. A disabled Connect button means server setup is still needed. Never email or paste your Client Secret or API keys into a support conversation.

Reconnect an existing company

Use Reconnect from Connections if authorization has expired or was removed in Intuit. Use the same company and environment as the records already in the workspace.
